Mission
We the TV is a webspace for live creative expression. We provide a webspace for streaming live video from any simple video source, like your webcam. It is our goal to open this network to anybody to wishes to participate in live broadcasting, however we are in the early stages of building this webspace.
Philosophy
This site was created entirely with free and open source software, because we are committed to the political economy of cooperation and knowledge sharing.
Status
We are currently working behind the scenes to build the infrastructure for this network. We intend to open this service to the public, but before then we must test the available tools, and conduct a series of tests to make sure the platform is reliable. As part of our testing, we will host a series of live streaming events, keep an eye on our live streams and upcoming events for more information.
