If you are experiencing problems to watch the video, you must check if you meet all the requirements:
- Compatible Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox 2.0+ or Iceweasel 2.0+. Using *Internerd Exploder* is not a good thing to do. You should re-consider changing your web browser ASAP.
- Broadband Internet Connection (+512kbps is recommended). Please observe if you are behind a firewall or a proxy server which blocks all the internet traffic (incoming port 8000/TCP). If you are behind a firewall or a proxy you might not be able to watch the video, please check your internet settings or contact with your network administrator.
- VLC Plugin
In order to have a better experience with the web TV player, we highly recommend you to install the VLC program (available for MS Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) with the plugins for ActiveX and Mozilla Firefox. You can also use the embedded video player with Java Plugin.
